Eye bolts
Eye bolts are ideal for attaching molds, equipment, fixtures, and more, fitting also to couplings, filters, cylinders, tensioners, and support devices. They are available in C43/C45 steel, class 4.8, with optional galvanic treatments and in stainless steel A2/A4. On request, we produce custom eye bolts in stainless steel, superalloys, and special steels, complete with thermal and galvanic treatments. Lifting Eye bolts / Eye nuts
Lifting Eye bolts/Eye nuts are accessories with a ring on one end. They can be male with a threaded part or female with a threaded hole and are available in various threads for different applications.

Split Flanges
Split flanges consist of two parts joined by nuts and bolts, offering a practical system for frequent maintenance and inspection of pipelines. Thanks to their ease of opening and closing, they eliminate the need to cut or re-weld the pipes and, in some cases, also serve as reinforcement for weakened pipelines. We supply these split flanges with EN10204 3.1 or EN10204 3.2 PED (on request) certifications, together with grommets, nuts, and bolts for a complete kit. Segment Clamp Bolts
Our clamps are designed as an alternative to the classic pressure tank fastening with screws and bolts. Applicable in various industries such as the pharmaceutical, chemical, and nuclear sectors. We have a wide range of sizes in different materials, always accompanied by EN 10204 3.1 certification or, on request, EN 10204 3.2 (PED-AD2000W0).
Leader in the Production of Precision Mechanical Components
Initially specialized in the production of chain tensioner for lift system, sleeves, and bushings for tractors, it was acquired in November 2020 by Colombo Ezio & C. srl. In January 2021, it transferred its production and legal headquarters from Erba to Mandello del Lario, implementing technological innovations such as collaborative robots. In 2023, OSP expanded its production to include eyebolts DIN580 and eyenuts DIN582, eye bolts UNI6058, and clamps for pressure tanks.
