Dimensional controls

Metallurgical controls and coatings applied
Each heat-treated batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure compliance with required hardness and strength specifications. We also thoroughly check the thickness of galvanized coatings and other surface treatments, always in compliance with ROHS standards, using specialized tools to ensure maximum quality and compliance.
Controlli filettatura
Presso Osra, il controllo della filettatura è un processo cruciale per garantire la precisione dei nostri componenti. Utilizziamo software specializzati che ci consentono di eseguire una mappatura completa del profilo del filetto, sia durante la fase di set-up delle macchine sia durante la produzione stessa, garantendo la conformità al 100% quando richiesto.

This method, implemented since the 1990s, aims to maximize quality while minimizing waste. We constantly monitor critical process characteristics and customer specifications, also using FMEA analysis to ensure maximum accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Traceability
At Osra, we ensure maximum traceability of our products from inception to delivery. Each batch is identified with a unique number, allowing us to reconstruct the entire production path, from raw material to labeling of finished parts. Thanks to this process, we always associate each material with its reference casting, ensuring complete and reliable traceability.
